Every time you submit your work to EJ2DJ, you are agreeing to the legal tearms displayed in full below. We know you probably do not want to read it, but please take the time, as it is important stuff.

In a nutshell by submitting your work you certify that you are conforming to standard content laws and copyright information (you MUST own the music you are submitting). This agreement also grants EJ2DJ full permission to use this music on a non-exclusive basis in a way we see fit (as part of a site advertising campaign or marketing promotion, for example). Relax though. It's your music, and we respect your ownership of it.

We are here to play and promote the best music submitted to us from unsigned Artists, if that's you then we want it to be a win - win situation for all of us. We suggest you have your lawyer check this agreement out if you have any questions before submitting your work to EJ2DJ because we want you to be as comfortable as we are.

EJ2DJ Submission Agreement

Be aware that these terms if accepted by you create a binding legal agreement between you and EJ2DJ, which significantly affects your rights. We reserve to right to make changes to the Sumbissions Agreement in the future, although these changes would not apply to you unless you accepted the revised terms. The basic submission terms that will constitute our agreement if you accept by submitting any material to EJ2DJ are as follows:-

1. EJ2DJ Rights

Any sound recordings, musical and/or vocal works (collectively the "Material") submitted by you shall be available for us to use on a non-exclusive basis anywhere and everywhere throughout the universe. We will on your behalf, attempt to sell your Material and make payment to you accordingly. We will not license your music to others, but EJ2DJ will be authorized to reproduce, distribute, publicy perform, publicly display the Material in whole or in part, alone or together with other Material. EJ2DJ will also have the right to use the Material for the purpose of promoting EJ2DJ and it's artists.

2. Ownership of Materials

At all times you shall retain full ownership of the Material while granting EJ2DJ the following non-exclusive rights: By accepting this agreement and/or submitting any Material, you are guaranteeing to EJ2DJ that you have all the rights, approvals and/or consents necessary to submit the Material on the terms provided herein. You also guarantee that no permission is required from any other individual or company for EJ2DJ to use the Material and any other rights provided herein. You further guarantee to EJ2DJ that any compositions, recordings, lyrics and other Materials contained in the Material does not and will not violate any laws or be defamatory, libelous, or obscene. You shall be fully responsible for any violation of your agreements including the gaurantees made to EJ2DJ under this paragraph and you shall indemnify EJ2DJ from any damages and costs, including reasonable lawyers fees, arising from your breach. You shall sign and deliver to EJ2DJ any additional documents that EJ2DJ may request to confirm EJ2DJ's rights under this agreement.

3. Terms Of Use

EJ2DJ shall from time to time publish on the EJ2DJ website it's policies concerning the service and content to be submitted and you agree to comply with those policies. EJ2DJ shall have the right to review your Material and in it's discretion edit, alter, decline or remove any of the material for any reason.

4. Disclaimer

There are no assurances whatsoever that any of the Material shall actually be utilized on any of the EJ2DJ albums or on it's website, or if so utilized continue to be available for any particular time. The EJ2DJ website may be discontinued at any time, with or withour reason. If for any reason any part of this agreement violates any law or would otherwise be void, this agreement shall be deemed amended to the minimum amount necessary to make it lawful and enforceable. You are also responsible for maintaining the data given to us regarding yourselves.
